Australian Butler Services specialise in the recruitment of high calibre service professionals to work in private residences, embassies and government houses, executive jets, super yachts and luxury hotels and resorts. As a small, expert team, we regard ourselves as service professionals rather than a recruitment agency.
We provide staff for clients wherever they are required through our extensive network of candidates in all states of Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, USA and the Middle East. With a global network of graduate butlers – students from all over the world attend the Australian Butler School – we can provide short and long term staff for clients on most continents.
Established in 1997, Australian Butlers Services has built up a unique network of individuals allowing us to fill 99% of positions by word-of-mouth alone ensuring discretion and confidentiality are maintained.
Our specialty is providing skilled staff for all roles in private residence, however, our extensive database incorporates candidates for positions as boardroom chefs, food and beverage managers, personal trainers, captains, stewards and engineers aboard super-yachts, flight attendants, arborists and gardeners.
How we work
We take the time to meet all of our clients in person whenever practicable to establish a personal relationship and a thorough and accurate understanding of the requirements of the position.
We understand that candidates must have the right skills and level of experience for the proposed role but the match of personalities between client and candidate is equally important. Consequently we are resolute in personally interviewing every candidate.
Many of our candidates are graduates of the Australian Butler School and / or have been registered with us throughout their careers providing us with detailed knowledge of their skills and personality traits.
We will present only the candidates who meet the brief and who, in our professional opinion, would be able to work effectively and harmoniously in your residence. We do not waste your valuable time by submitting every candidate with an appropriate skill set.
Our service does not end with a successful placement. We continue to monitor client and candidate satisfaction throughout tenure and are available for consultation at any time.
