Pamela Spruce - Director and Chief Executive Officer

Pamela Spruce is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Australian Butlers Pty Ltd and the Principal of the Australian Butler School.  Pamela has more than fifteen years experience in residential placements.

In 1997 she started the Australian Butler School engaging expert trainers to create a comprehensive program covering all areas of residential and hotel/resort butler service.  Pamela and Australian Butlers have been instrumental in raising the standards for residential employment elevating it as a desirable career.

Pamela is directly involved in residential recruitment, is a member of Tourism and Training Australia and a consultant to clients in the resort and service industries.

Georgie Owens - Associate Director

Georgie holds an honours degree in literature and language and is a qualified Level IV Trainer and Assessor.  Educated in the UK, Georgie started her career in PR and advertising working for the prestigious company, Garrard, the Crown Jewellers, before moving to Australia in 1988. 

She has extensive experience in customer service working for large corporations, in addition to working in the education sector for the Research Institute for Asia and the Pacific, a business unit of the University of Sydney.  She joined Australian Butlers in 2006 and has been involved in the development and delivery of a range of training programs for private clients, corporations, hotels and resorts internationally.

Georgie maintains links with an extensive network of butlers past and present and is primarily responsible for recruitment and placements.
